Send.Do / Legal

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Send.Do handles when you use its social and trading interface, what remains public onchain, and the choices available to you.

Effective September 17, 2026 · Beta policy

01

Scope and roles

This policy applies to the Send.Do website, accounts, communities, and related services. It does not control Solana, OTC, Jupiter, wallet providers, liquidity venues, block explorers, or other third-party services. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Blockchain activity is public by design. A wallet address, token balance, and transaction can remain visible even if you later close your Send.Do account.

02

Information we handle

  • Account information: username, display name, password hash, profile image, settings, and optional linked social account.
  • Wallet information: public addresses, wallet labels, connection status, and, if you choose an embedded wallet, an encrypted wallet payload. Never send a seed phrase or private key through posts, support email, or community messages.
  • Social content: posts, comments, images, likes, follows, membership, moderation actions, and reports.
  • Post views: aggregate view counts and pseudonymous repeat-view checks. Signed-in views use an account-derived key; signed-out views use a first-party browser identifier. Public counts do not reveal viewers, and a view count is not a count of unique people.
  • Trading-interface data: requested quotes, route information, transaction signatures, token and pair interactions, and public onchain results.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, local-storage values, security events, diagnostics, and service logs.
03

How we use information

  • Provide accounts, profiles, feeds, communities, notifications, and support.
  • Prepare quotes, submit user-signed transactions, and show onchain activity.
  • Secure sessions, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, and enforce our rules.
  • Measure reliability, repair errors, and improve product performance.
  • Count post views, limit repeat counting, and rank community posts for discovery.
  • Comply with law and protect users, Send.Do, and the public.
04

Personalized discovery

When personalized discovery is enabled, Send.Do uses your community memberships, follows, likes, replies, bookmarks, and confirmed Send.Do trades to suggest posts and communities. It may also record limited signals when you open a post, spend time reading it, visit a community, or open its market. Trade size does not increase your recommendation weight.

Reading signals and learned interests are private, not public profile statistics. Reading signals are stored in capped daily summaries and become eligible for automatic cleanup after 30 days. Learned interests fade over time. Feed settings lets you turn personalization off or reset learned interests; either clears these stored reading summaries and learned scores. This does not delete your posts, memberships, bookmarks, or transaction records. Muted communities stay muted until you unmute them.

05

When information is shared

We share information only as needed to run the service, complete a request, or meet a legal obligation. Recipients may include hosting and database providers, security and error-monitoring providers, Solana RPC providers, Jupiter and liquidity venues, OTC market-data services, wallet providers you select, and professional advisers.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to valid legal process, prevent harm or fraud, enforce our terms, or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale. Send.Do does not sell personal information for money. If our practices change, this policy will be updated before the change applies.

06

Public profiles, communities, and blockchain data

Usernames, display names, profile images, public wallet addresses, public posts, reactions, and community activity may be visible to anyone. Content can be copied, indexed, or reshared by others.

We cannot edit or delete data recorded on Solana. Removing content from Send.Do does not remove copies, third-party indexes, or an onchain transaction.

07

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by data type and legal need. Backups and fraud-prevention records may remain for a limited period after account deletion.

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no browser, wallet, database, or network is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your password, device, wallet credentials, and seed phrase.

08

Your choices and requests

You can update profile information and wallet visibility in the product where those controls are available. You may request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right provided by applicable law by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

You can disconnect an external wallet, unlink an optional social account, manage browser storage, and stop using the service. Disconnecting a wallet does not undo completed transactions.

09

Age, international use, and changes

Send.Do is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use the service if local law does not permit you to do so. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, subject to applicable safeguards.

We may update this policy as the beta changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
