Risk Disclosure
Crypto trading can result in a complete and immediate loss. Read these risks before connecting a wallet, relying on market data, or signing a transaction.
Effective September 11, 2026 · Beta policy
You can lose everything
Crypto assets, including memecoins and tokens associated with real-world names, brands, indexes, stocks, or other assets, are highly speculative. Prices can move sharply, liquidity can disappear, and a token can become impossible to sell. Only use funds you can afford to lose in full.
A paired token is not the referenced asset
A token paired with, named after, or rewarded in another crypto asset does not necessarily give you ownership, voting rights, redemption rights, dividends, or legal claims in the referenced company, security, index, commodity, or underlying asset. Review the actual token and pool rules. Images and names are not proof of authorization, backing, or affiliation.
Trading and liquidity risks
- Quotes can expire and execution can differ within your approved slippage.
- Thin liquidity and price impact can make a small trade move the market.
- Sandwiching, front-running, bots, manipulation, and coordinated trading can occur.
- A transaction may fail or be delayed while still incurring network costs.
- Token taxes, transfer restrictions, freeze authority, or malicious code may apply.
- Buybacks, rewards, volume, and payout estimates may be delayed or may never occur.
Technology and smart-contract risks
Send.Do depends on browsers, wallets, Solana, RPC providers, Jupiter, OTC data, liquidity venues, token programs, and smart contracts. Any part can contain bugs, become unavailable, be exploited, fork, change terms, or return incorrect data. Beta software has not reached production maturity and may contain unknown defects.
Wallet and key risks
Anyone with your private key, seed phrase, unlocked device, or active session may be able to move your assets. Phishing, malicious extensions, copied addresses, fake support, SIM swaps, and compromised devices are common. Verify the transaction in your wallet. Send.Do support will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
Legal, regulatory, and tax risks
The legal treatment of a crypto asset or transaction depends on its facts and your jurisdiction and can change. An asset or offering may be regulated even when its interface calls it a token or memecoin. You are responsible for eligibility, sanctions compliance, reporting, and taxes. Send.Do does not provide legal, investment, accounting, or tax advice.
No insurance, guarantee, or advice
Crypto assets and losses are not insured by Send.Do. They may not receive FDIC, SIPC, deposit-guarantee, or investor-compensation protection. No feature, fee, payout, community statement, or historical result guarantees a future result. Consider independent professional advice before taking risk you do not understand.
